Pretty silly that this had to be made in the first place, but without it, stuff breaks

This script fixes

• Links on the toolbar timeline changing & to &, breaking the links
• Images with the source URL being relative to the domain, which will r###lt in said image being rendered as the Internet Archive logo.
• Links that unintentionally lead offsite due to the href starting with a slash
