Freshdesk Monitor

Alerts you if the responder of the ticket you are viewing changes, there is a new ticket or one updates, and auto-refreshes the ticket page. New ticket and updated ticket notifications only work when you have a ticket list open in a tab

Freshdesk Monitor

This script enables certain notifications to make working in freshdesk a bit smoother.

(Updated to fix broken notification API)

  • It will monitor tickets that you have open in tabs, and if the agent changes (normally due to another agent sending a reply) it will notify you so you don't send multiple responses.
  • It will monitor any ticket lists you have open in tabs and alert you to any new or updated tickets
  • It will also auto-refresh any ticket lists when there is an update
