Allows creation of csv ticket reports
Inserts a button into your ticket lists to generate a csv report based on the filters that you select. It will automatically handle multiple pages of r###lts. Just set up your filters as you normally would, and click the "Generate CSV" button above the toolbar at the top of the list.
The data it collects includes: Agent, Date Updated, Company Name (uses requester name as fallback), Ticket ID, Ticket Status, Created date, and the ticket subject
