Minor fixes and workaround for TrustedHTML assignment

- color of precipitation predictability - was too light

- empty gap between meteo condition icons in hourly forecast table

Changed:
- sky/cloud conditions icons are now located in more classic view: in a row instead of over the temperature curve
- precipitation data is now located in a row under sky/cloud conditions icons instead of over the precipitation bars

Fixed:
- font color of precipitation probability in hourly forecast in light mode was too light after recent meteoblue's UI update
- font size correction of hourly forecast table is no more necessary
