make the submission image fit the height of the screen

shuffle the system message to the header nav empty space.it's not a perfect solution, but should free up some more vertical space for a bigger image preview. if the message is too long it will kinda break the page.
fix broken js (remov -> remove)
remove the unused empty element / FA self-promotion ad space? between header and submission image.
