Remove ads in certain pages (Amazon.de, progress-tracker/package)

I've made the script even more aggressive. Anything that isn't an actual search r###lts (according to its "data-component-type") gets removed from the r###lt list. Might cause issues, which is why I bumped the version to 0.3.0

Removed more ads from the right side of the product page (at least for Amazon.de)

Removed ads in the center of the product page (at least on Amazon.de)

Removed the skyscraper ads on the bottom as well.

Removed the skyscraper ads on the left for desktop (at least on Amazon.de).

Allow items with an empty `[data-asin]` again, since it removes a lot of extra stuff that is needed (like pagination).

Blocked even more ads

Updated to work with the new changes on amazon.ca
