Just added an icon to make the Tampermonkey pull down and Dashboard look more interesting.

Just added a comment to indicate that this still works if you change the 100 size to 44, 88, 132 or even larger if you like.
This can magnify the banner if you use a number above the original 176 height.

Changed element height to 100% to make resizing easier in future versions.
