Scratch Upgrade

Upgrade Scratch and Turbowarp to the next level.

New features

• Added random project button in Explore.
• Added setting Math.random function to yield a constant, and swapping Math.sin with Math.cos (for cheating and experimenting).
  To disable this, set the field to -1.
