I would like to use `cdnjs.loli.net` and `cdnjs-jp.loli.net` as the cdn address for loading js for my scripts
This cdn is from xtom
https://xtom.com/about/
xtom's cdn has nodes in many countries in Asia, compared to other cdn in Asia has faster loading speeds
But it seems to be forbidden to use
