【已解决】创建脚本出错，一脸懵逼，请求大神帮忙看下。 Please Help

请问下，各路大神，这里哪里有问题了，该怎么填写。 我只想新建一个最简单的脚本测试下能否发布。

如果这里有错误，请问下该怎么写才能正常提交啊。

……你看一下其他人的代码，就明白了，后面的几个提示是指网页上的其他部分的描述说明不能为空

我参考了其他的，也生效不了，总是会有这个提示.....弄了好久了，真的不知道哪里出错了。。。。
