chat on the bottom toggle

edit- I made a change to the script and added a checkbox and some code. I have learned how you do dis.Users can now toggle the position of the text chat window. Only really useful for when you are using full screen.edit- I updated this version of the script to 56edit- i added a hack which changes the height of the video box when the chat is also toggled
