is this script different from the anti adblock by reek, where "####adblock" is already included ?

This script is anti-####AdBlock script. This script will prevent ####Adblock to detect our adblock.

This script also block other similar anti-adblock scripts, such as SniffAdBlock, ############AdBlock.
