I installed ViolentMonkey using Mozilla Add-Ons. I ran this script. It instantly worked in Firefox V-129.0. Selecting Perma-ban and Quora domain instantly removed the very bain of my firefox browser experience FOREVER! Notice the Block rectangle in every r###lt of Firefox search. Just click on Block and then select website or domain and how to block. Works like a Pro.
