can you create script block facebook ads ?

By ads I assume you mean sponsored content and suggested content? I believe there are already scripts that do that type of thing.

this script doesn't work for me , Vietnamese language

This script only removes advertisements that play at the beginning and end when you watch a Facebook video. It doesn't remove any sponsored content.
