filter button under browse/search r###lts missing

red [filter] button is missing on the classic site theme, still present on the modern theme

I can say the same thing here. I've downgraded to 1.5.8 for the time being since it still works on both themes.

Looks like FA is slowly modernizing the classic layout as well. I've updated the code so that it matches the new changes. Please let me know if this works!
