I think I figured out the cause. You should have the tab in a full screen window
I noticed an intermittent bug where it'll open up the user profile in a new tab but not click to add it to the list.
The workaround is to just click the button under one of their posts from within this new tab instead of retrying the same button that failed. (See attached a screenshot)
It seems like an intermittent issue because when I retry the button later, it works! It also seems to just happen with random users. So I don't believe it's worth debugging, however this workaround should save you from manually clicking/scrolling! Enjoy!
