< Обсуждения: Google Hit Hider by Domain (Search Filter / Block Sites)
Hmm, it used to work on Google Images. They must have changed something. Or maybe a lot of things. I'll need to take a look.
@all
This is my first post on this platform.
Please forgive me if I make any mistakes.
I'm replying to this post because I found the terms "google image search."
@jscher2000
&tbm=isch is the outdated version of Google Image Search.
&udm=2 is the new Google Image Search.
Compare:
https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Selena+Gomez%22&tbm=isch
redirects to...
https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Selena+Gomez%22&udm=2
(abbreviated)
However, I couldn't find anything about 'udm=' in the source code of GHHbD version 2.3.4.
(Perhaps not necessary?)
In earlier Firefox and GHHbD versions, there was an eye (or a horizontal baseball?) under the image search where you could still (conditionally) block.
Conditional = Unfortunately, GHHbD only displayed the "eye" after the 50th or 100th search r###lt, which is why I had to use an add-on called 'Highlight or Hide Search Engine R###lts'.
Perhaps my post will help a little?
To cut a long story short...
Dear Jefferson, please, please, please...
Check your source code to create the best possible quality script.
Version 2.3.5 has a partial fix - the already blocked domains will now be faded or completely grayed over. I have not had time to figure out where my button went.
Thank you for the effort and time you put into this script.
Please stay tuned, even if
..."they might change it again tomorrow. < sigh >"
Thank You So Much!
Can you add support for excluding domains from google image search? For example - alamy, adobe stock, istock, dreamstime, shutterstock (the worst ones), etc.
And also from yandex image search?
