Currently the block button creates an extra line on long titles (see DucDuckGo example screenshot).

Is it possible to force it to be displayed to the side of the title (there is enough space) or even just override the end of the title if necessary, but preserve vertical space?

Version 2.3.0 has a minor tweak that hopefully will help with this.
