How do I block a top level domain (TLDs).

For example: http*//:*.de/ or *://*.de

In the Block dialog, you use the tilde button (~) to cycle the partial domain match until you get to it.

If you prefer to import, use this syntax:

de.tld

to block *.de domains.

That does indeed work, I kept getting recommended nazi stuff when searching site:*.de on google for some reason instead of phising but now its gone.
