Works great (fixed)

Seems to work well on discussion lists.

It filters the first post from this thread: https://forum.userstyles.org/discussion/42109/google-chrome-replace-from-mozilla-firefox
In my opinion it shouldn't filter individual posts, only threads (on discussion lists like https://forum.userstyles.org/discussions)

Edit: changing one line slightly:
var a = document.querySelectorAll('#Content .DataList.Discussions > li.Item');
restricts filtering to discussion lists, which I think is what you intended?
