On line 40, change false to true

I'm not sure of the Instagram ban criteria. So I disabled the prefetch to reduce the request number.
Per @xxalexx mentioned, you can manually enable it by changing line 40 const from false to true.
I'm adding a new argument that just disables the prefetch, but still attaches the link to the button.

I have added a new argument. In v1.17+ default, link prefetch is still disabled, but the link will be attached when the cursor hover or click the button.
