1. Install The Onion Router (https://www.torproject.org/download/)
2. Open NovelAI
3. Click on the shield icon next to the search bar and change the security level to "Standard"
4. Click on the NoScript addon icon
5. Change ...novelai.net to "Trusted" (Or just uninstall the addon)
