does not work

seems that there is no menu button, because there is no menu on rightclick. just normal FF contextmenu.
if the video is embeded, a menu appears on rightclick, but just yt standard, no option to unblock.

The menu button appears under the Tampermonkey extension icon, used to install the script, at the top of the browser window.
