Confirmed. Also happens with Google Chrome on Windows 11.
This also happens to me. I'm now using the basic version and the issue is gone, but the basic version has not been updated in a long time :(
Can you guys try the following?
- Disable "YouTube JS Engine Tamer" (if it is installed）
- uBlock Origin -> Settings -> Filter Lists -> Update Now -> Purge all caches -> Update Now

Update: Works on Firefox but not on Chrome.
It seems that the script is giving conflict with Ublock Origin, when using the two together randomly Youtube again advertise in all videos, I believe it is from the script, because when disabled did not appear advertising again
